I saw you mentioned me. Story time: They actually have a ring of effectively human traffickers operating out of Arizona. They bring in (heavily) pregnant African women. Usually alone. Often, but not always, they are the product of fertility treatment performed in Africa where ethical standards are ... lax at best. So anyways they fly them into Arizona, where they hang out and until they have the baby, collect a US birth certificate for it, and recover just enough to fly back to Africa. If any part of this goes wrong, guess what? They count it as a poor outcome of US healthcare. 40 yr old woman with 5 babies from IVF? Our fault if they don't make it full term. Mom's got rampant, uncontrolled diabetes + hypertension and dies in the process of delivery? Must be due to poor US healthcare. Yep, we're a regular old third world country sometimes. They just won't tell you why. A++ deflection points for blaming it on a red state.
