Haven't run a file compare. All I know is deleting the drivers and letting windows reinstall immediately fixes the touchpad issue. When it doesn't fix it, only restoring it works. Has happened 3 times. Also the touchpad works in dos and cmd prompt applications and in bios fine. Only starts misbehaving once it gets into windows.
