It actually could be a troll, surprisingly. This guy has been known to say and do crazy shit that has no basis in reality, and a close friend of his recently revealed that he believes it was a lie in order to protect another woman’s identity (the actual woman he had sexual relations with).

Regardless, he really stepped in the shit this time. Also, he broke the law recently by violating a court order that prevented him from returning home or seeing his mother for 6 days.
