Baby brains aren't like adult brains...there's a medico-legal time frame for declaring brain death/cardiac death for adults and very specific criteria for infants. As soon as that time is established and critera met, organs and tissues are being removed. I'd bet they don't wait any time for for these poor little butchered babies... Jesus.
