If I understand this rightly, landlords will finally be able to boot out deadbeat tenants who have been staying in their apartments for free for more than a year. The "eviction moratorium" was incredibly unjust. Why was the assumption ever made that landlords should have to contribute a single fucking dime to the upkeep of people who couldn't, or wouldn't, pay their rent?
