I dismiss the contract because the church tried to enforce the contract via the Spanish and failed. So now the contract is void. End of story, you are wrong.

It’s the same crown in Canada. It’s a Protestant woman called Elizabeth who is the head of the Protestant Anglican Church and is in no way, shape or form affiliated with the Catholic Church. Indeed, when Elizabeth was of courting age she was explicitly prohibited from marrying a Catholic, to ensure the crown remained Protestant. You are wrong, very wrong.
