No. Read the contract. Parliament cannot relieve the contract that binds the King. The king controls parliament, not the other way around.

You do realise the Church of England is the Protestant church founded by Henry VIII yes? It is not in any way, shape or form affiliated with the Catholic Church. Are you also aware that the Protestant British crown implemented multiple laws to persecute Catholics in her realm? The British crown has nothing to do with the Catholic Church.
