Think of how stupid you'd have to be to not even see the potential for profit. With dozens of privately owned stations and apparently little oversight as to where his shipments are delivered, he chose to dump thousands of dollars worth of fuel rather than working an extra couple of hours and selling this fuel under the table to a privately owned service station. Had he not caused an environmental disaster, no one would have even noticed the missing fuel. An absolute moron.
