I keep saying this but that sounds like every jail cell in the country during covid. The bs part os they are keeping them on there so long without a trial. Generally you either get a sentence with no prison time and get out or you get time and they transfer you to a prison where there is more to do. Jails suck basically the worst of all facilities and are only supposed to be temporary. DC is abusing justice to keep people in jail as a prison with no sentence

I'm not saying I got beat up. But there was 23 hour lockdown and nobody let me outside, and the beds suck.

23 hours? Damn. We didn't get outside either though. Got hooked on spades, graduated to bridge. Only did about a month
