Yeah supposedly because of COVID. 23 hours in cell with one nigger (jail is nearly all niggers, around here; I saw like 2 other white guys the entire time, though there were a few that were other). They let you out into a common area for 1 hour every 24, if they don't forget, to make phone calls (if the phones work, which they often don't). No rec. No cards. No nothing. I only did about 3 days. They have 72 hours to arraign you, and damned if they don't take all of it. The state has yet to bother to contact anyone about the case or bother to prosecute the (bullshit) charge.
