You have to ask yourself what does the "United States" refer to. In my mind, it is not the citizens living in what is called the United States. We are serfs/subjects. We have no sovereignty or even representation. Rather, we are ruled. Therefore, the United States must refer to a ruler. Thinking in those terms, the answer to the questions
Does the United States Actually Oppose the Behaviors It Claims to Oppose?
Does the United States Seek Peace?
Does the United States Care about Democracy?
Is clearly no.
Our rulers want us to believe the opposite.
