I just saw a post. Akamai was the ones "experiencing disruptions". Turns out they are owned by citadel. For those that don't know, citadel is one of the biggest hedge funds in the world and they are about to go bankrupt. The tribe at citadel has shorted AMC and got caught with their pants down. Millions of investors from around the world have bought up AMC and are holding the stock, to force citadel and other short sellers to buy it back at a price of $100,000.00 a share. There are around 501M (legal) shares. You do the math. The tribe will crash the net to avoid the inevitable short squeeze, that the big banks who back them, will be forced to eat.
