We have a nigger problem, because niggers, and spics as well, are a problem no matter what. There's no way to make dumb, no-impulse-control monkeys into cooperative, functional people. Maybe you could help one change if he really wanted to, but a whole group of them is going to conform to the same group patterns we see everywhere.
