Transfer speeds were too fast. It was done locally and his name was likely Seth Rich. Guccifer 2.0 released emails that were already released iirc. If anything he was part of the smokescreen to blame ze russians. I could be wrong. It's been a while since I thoroughly read up on it all.

Allz I remember is reading the Guccifer 2.0 article where he describes how he got into their system. He was pretty local but I don't believe Guccifer 2.0 and Seth Rich did the same thing. I believe they were separate events, though I could be misremembering.
