One thing you are not taking into account is that a larger labor force allows for cheaper workers, which allows for more businesses, which balances the cheaper workers.
For example, if workers are so cheap, why don't you start a business? Labor cost IS the most expensive cost for almost 99%+ of businesses.
E: Also, I've been a White software developer for 26 years. It is almost all non-jew White. Now, I only have worked at small shops (less than 200 employees), so maybe that is the reason.

This is the best argument against the "pay gap' in my opinion. If women really are all that valuable, why isn't an investor making an all female company which rakes in massive profit margins? It's because women are a drain on the system when they try to take over male roles. When women are earning incomes, it is the case that families looking for family housing must compete with dual income families, often with fewer mouths to feed. This lowers the standard of living for the traditionalists (the original guy's choice of words.)

White Flight is commonplace for a reason. No one wants to live near, hire, or go to school with niggers. Not even niggers.

E: Er, I lied, one thing to add. The traditionalist family saves so much money by making food at home. No child care. A bonus if home schooled. Time saved in travel for the woman. The second car wear and tear. Extra gasoline. A potential higher tax bracket. Etc.
E2: Not to mention the stress reduction. Not to mention not being in a liberal home.
