Ah, I see. "Population density in all areas but the new LAs" are the words you were looking for. "Standard of living" applies to things like prices, wages and competition for goods and services.
I wasn't looking for any words. I was just saying the United States has to find the resources to build 503 square miles of houses and businesses and schools every two years for those people. If we cannot do that we are taking dead weight onto a sinking ship.
That's 4.8 square miles of urban city to build every week. 18 acres every hour.
