Private company investigates another private company

[–] 1 pt

As long as it furthers the agenda it doesn’t matter who “investigates” each other. It could be the FBI and you’d get the same “investigation” as a company investigating itself at this point.

Yup. The CDC is a private company initially funded by a government grant to kill mosquitos in Georgia, where they are still headquartered today. Unlike the FDA, they were not created by an act of congress. There is, however, a CDC foundation which was created by congress in order to fund the CDC. It is still a private company. I can't figure out where it got any rulemaking authority.
