America is based on equality of opportunity and treatment under the law. It is not equality of ability or outcome. "Diversity" is about forci g equality of ability and outcome by hamstringing Whites with programs like race quotas like Affirmative Action and welfare to benefit blacks. Both of which are actually racist.
