That sounds fine to me. As long as it is the individuals choice, it's up to them if they are swayed by the penalties / inducements.

Well, when the choice is “do what we say or lose not only your job but the structure around which you have built your entire life,” it’s a pretty shitty choice. That being said, nobody likes the weird vaccinations because they are very unpleasant, but I never heard of anybody turning one down.

I never heard of anybody turning one down.

This is different. It's not a vaccine.

Agreed. We are in uncharted territory with this.

I think you're right and it is a shitty choice, I hope I'm not being dismissive about it.

It reminds me of those nurses that got sacked for refusing the vax. It's a bit of a grey area and I'm no legal expert, I just know if I was given the ultimatum by my employer I'd say 'okay thanks see ya later'.

I think also with the military we had the 'Gulf War Syndrome' from all the injections so it's a smart idea to refuse any injection they offer you.

Agreed. I won’t be getting this thing either, and I understand there might be consequences for that.

One thing I did see a lot of is people not taking medication that was prescribed. The military has this cyclical thing where they over-prescribe painkillers or shit like Adderol, realize it’s fucking people’s lives, then punish you for having one pill in your dorm room. When I was living in the dorms, we all basically flushed any medication we were given and got OTC stuff instead. Wasn’t worth the risk. Plus, there’s not a high level of trust in military doctors.
