Your average Joe isn'r going to win an election, more than likely, but you could still run if the Army separated you. You can also vote. Not that voted matter. If niggers can get their paws on a gun, then the Joe can as well. I'm pretty sure they could also get federal aid, because no one is checking. I could also be wrong; I've been out since '06, so things could've changed, but it's doubtful. All of that being said, I'd still advise against desertion every time.
