For me it was end of year (manufacturing playing catch up). Christmas and even sometimes Thanksgiving. Funny if the company got their shit together and allowed more overtime earlier they wouldn't have to panic and pay more year end when everyone was on vacation. But management was all dumb sluts so better for me and my bank account.
