Except in Cosby's case it was a violation of his 5th Amendment rights against being compelled to be a witness against himself. He had an agreement with a previous prosecutor that he wouldn't be charged in his case in return for his testimony in a different case. Then, after Cosby testified in that case they turned around and used his testimony against him, violating their agreement.

Is Maxwell's case similar? Was she prosecuted based on testimony she had given under color of immunity in another unrelated case?

She was immunized from prosecution in Epstein plea deal by a US Attorney. Anything after that agreement is fair game. No doubt they only have the old documents - statute of limitations and nonprosecution agreement covering her entirely. Prosecution can now say that it was horrible, horrible stuff, but there is nothing which can be done under the law...

I'd bet that was the plan from the very beginning. Clintonside Epstein to silence him, and intimidate Maxwell (better play ball bitch!), then sweeten the deal by offering to see to it she gets a 'pussy pass' when the time is right. The only question is, once freed, what will be her life expectancy? Dead bitches tell no tales, and I don't see Killary or BillyJeff as the sort that likes loose ends, or living under the Sword of Damocles.

Allison Mack got only 3 years for running a sex abuse cult. Cosby got early release. Ghislaine will probably get something light. Epstein got an early check-out to either hell or a plane ticket to Israel.

Jail those prosecutors for aiding and abetting felonies.......
