All it takes is a guidence counselor to send them there on b.s. they will start working on making the child a ward right away. Drug them up and bounce them to different places then bring them back to the original place for the DA to take a look at them. By that point the child is all doped up and disoriented, scared and beaten by other patients. The DA will side with the hospital and parents wont have any clue this is happening until after the fact. This doesn't happen everywhere but does especially around hard left districts.
