Cruel and unusual punishment? Suspect that the judge is testing the waters to see if the population will accept this type of thing. Gets worse if you're arrested, and part of the arrest process is to vaccinate. Sorta similar to how the fiction of corporate personhood grew as a result of court rulings and opinions.

The United States are obligated to abide by the Geneva Convention (and the Nüremberg articles, that details what constitutes crimes against humanity).
It's clearly stated that no protected person may be subjected to medical experiments against their will, which therefore cannot be held as conditional grounds for probation.
The Geneva convention does not apply. It applies to wartime situations only. That's why cops can use hollow point bullets for lethal force or use pepper spray to disperse a riot. Both are banned under the Geneva and similar conventions.
Not too sure you're right there; the convention articles applies to all civillians being persecuted by forign or domestic powers in wartime and "peace" and that the latter is applicable to the present situation in the US, is most definitely up for debate..

This is absolutely illegal. The courts cannot demand medical procedures. Even child rapists don't get castrated.
Their argument will be that the vaccine is purely voluntary just like probation is. You choose to take it or not to take it, and spend another few years in prison instead. Courts have never had a problem with this.
