My problem with this theory is that the Dong in question has been on video in China multiple times since he supposedly defected. So he just goes back and forth freely and the CCP allows it? I doubt it. My thought is Dong never was in contact with the DIA. This is all "Fake News".

The defector knew those agencies would get him killed. After all, he was the top ranking counter intelligence officer for the CCP. He purposely defected to the DIA for that very reason.
