Sorry but the local government has not only made regulations increasing expensive to stay in business but are limiting how many food serving licenses they are prepared to provide.
Sorry, but that does't mean anyone has to go there and pay that fee.

Let me be explicit. Forces are actively removing all your options. Woke free schooling. Woke free companies. Free press. Safe wealth storage. Etc etc. Not long now and all restaurants will charge whites more or even deny them entry.
