Flynn was setup his first day on the fucking job by the FBI, he was threatened, drained of all his finances, they even threatened his son if he didn't cut a deal.

That possibility has always remained on the table as far as I'm concerned, and chances are the kabuki theatre for the masses doesn't just stop at the US gov, just like the MIC and pretty much everything else, it went global since a while now
