Not that I don't think there is some massive jewish conspiracy here, but the text of this particular document sounds like horse shit. Text like "Which as we all know is just rebranded hay-fever" gives it away. If it's private and confidential for only a few people then you don't need to remind them of what you all know.

I watched the video with sound off to read so I don't know the source. While it looks like a fairly likely prediction it reads fake to me. Like one of "our" guys making a fake leak to wake people up. But I don't think people in on the plan talk that openly about it even in secret memos ("As we all know it is just hayfever", name dropping kalergi plan etc).
