No, this is bad news.

The dude was only rejected due to a chemical level test. Not rejected on the basis of "you were born with testicles, this is stupid."

Once you agree that men can be women and a chemical test will decide ... then they've won the argument. All they have to do now is move the pass / fail bar of the chemical test as low/high as they want.

That - and now that we are dependent on a chemical level test, there will be naturally born women (with PCOS or other endocrine conditions) who trip the limit and are unfairly eliminated despite never having testicles and never being mentally insane.
