I decided not to ever renew my registration and DEQ certification. they cant pull you over for it anymore. So i save $200 a year. So i'll save money even if i get pulled over for speeding and that added to my ticket

Can you get insurance if you don't pay your tag fees? I actually don't know. I know in Georgia if you don't pay your insurance you can't get tags -- the other way around.
In ND I got tags no problem. I haven't had a license since 2010

My son’s friend had an illegal pull out in front of him and caused him to total his car. Of course he had no insurance and was illegally driving. If that happened to me they wouldn’t just be walking away.
They can't/don't/make any effort to catch the uninsured. If by a miracle they catch the uninsured, get a judgement, the uninsured skip out or have a dime to pay the judgement. So next time u bitch about insurance rates, you can thank the niggers/mexi's.....as usual.
