Notice that one of the bullets didn't even have the beans to penetrate the sheet metal of the car door.

Bullets are getting expensive and scarce. What is the point of wasting ammo to destroy your car? I get pissed off at people's driving, but it's not enough to make me want to hurt anyone. A simple thumbs down at their performance is enough, then I just keep it moving.
