You wonder. Because the free loan repayments for black restaurants was all spent before it was ruled unconstitutional. Or maybe the farm loans? I can't remember which one.

I got behind a Mercedes on the way home today, it pulled into a fucking shack of a house , so we know what the $$ will be spent on. you can live in your car but you cant drive a house.
