I gave up on them years ago. Small events that I attended used to use them, but they got tired of having to fight for funds because one of the panels just happened to be discussing a controversial topic and PayPal decided that it wasn't their kind of event, so that was no longer necessary. When eBay and PrayPal split, that pretty much did away with the need for me.
