Lawyer keeps saying "nonconsensual" content is illegal. Is it really illegal to post porn of a girl if she regrets it? I assume for legit porn you need releases and all that shit not to get sued, but, as far as amateur stuff, I'm not aware that it's criminally illegal to post it. Outside of some recent state laws aimed at "revenge porn" which I doubt PH obeys.
