i had an awful experience with 2 jewish psychiatrists and a jewish sociologist. i would say avoid psychiatrists / psychologists / sociologists.

go to a general practitioner or other physician. they can diagnose and treat stress, depression, o.c.d., anxiety, a.d.d., etc.

http://www.renegadetribune.com/psychiatry-is-a-jewish-communist-weapon-against-white-people/ p.s. i think that kyle hunt, the editor of renegade tribune, could be employed by federal z.o.g. but i agree with the title of that article.

More drs graduated their studies at an average or below average level than above average. For every awesome Dr out there, there are hundreds that are not much more than Google searchers. This applies to the mind sciences also.

There are great psychs/socios out there. Not all of them are like the ones you went to. If they are receiving state money to treat you, it's likely they are shitty.

Even the good ones learned lies from text books written by jews or their minions.

from my experience, psychiatrists / psychologists / sociologists keep people coming back for "treatment", to make more $. general practitioners prescribe medication. and if it isn't effective, they prescribe something else.

i suffered from depression and o.c.d. it was treated in 1 appt. by my g.p. who prescribed sertraline. and that was a few months after the terrible experience with the jewish psychiatrists and sociologist. there was such a difference. the g.p. wanted to help me. i don't know what the hell the jewish psychiatrists and sociologists were doing. but i'm sure it wasn't in my best interest.

p.s. some kinds of therapy, such as art and music therapy, can be genuinely helpful. as far as i know, art and music therapists don't diagnose. they only provide therapy to people who want it.
many psychiatrists / psychologists / sociologists make false diagnoses, and pressure clients to return. i doubt a psychiatrist / psychologist / sociologist ever says a person is 100% mentally healthy, and doesn't need "treatment".
