i had an awful experience with 2 jewish psychiatrists and a jewish sociologist. i would say avoid psychiatrists / psychologists / sociologists.

go to a general practitioner or other physician. they can diagnose and treat stress, depression, o.c.d., anxiety, a.d.d., etc.
