Archbishop J. Michael Miller has issued a formal apology to First Nations in the wake of findings that as many as 215 children could be buried on the site. Miller offered to assist the Tk'emlúps te Secwépemc & other 1st Nations and to retrieve and remember their children".

No, not at all. this is about breaking Indians spirits and turning them into Brits. That's what these schools were for. They probably had a few jews sniffing around for Tantanka's warrior blood, but otherwise it was to teach Indians to be "Loyal Brits". The mass graves are because the schools and living conditions were shitholes that crammed tones of kids into them and they got TB and died.
