I was unlucky enough to live in SF for too long and they did this constantly. They don't figure shit out, it's just a stall tactic.

But none of this is gonna be up by the end of the night, anything that the city brings in here will not stay by the end of the night, I guarantee you.

And why the fuck are they just allowed to break the law like this. I know it's not going to happen but why don't the cops just arrest her? When they come the next morning and see the square defaced and the city's shit taken down just go right to her house and arrest her.

I mean, set an officer there hidden to wait and arrest. If they keep doing it, keep arresting.

Make them do labor to pay for their incarceration. Pay for more arrests.

Sounds like my plan for reparations- give them one set amount and pay for it by removing all social services and knocking anyone that took gibs off welfare. The moment they turn to crime arrest them and make sure they serve the full sentence, no more leniency after reparations

We'll have to build more prisons but I see that as a plus.
