Sounds like this is a justified shooting.

According to Hutchings, Nicholas did not own either animal. "It had nothing to do with him," Hutchings said, then stated Nicholas told both Concho County deputies they couldn't enter his yard to collect the dog.

"Jeff told them to 'get off his property'," Hutchings said, noting Nicholas told both deputies he "has his civil rights."

Hutchings said Nicholas told both Jones and Leonard, "I will shoot, y'all."

"And they walked up towards him, rushed him, and he pulled a gun, and shots were fired," Hutchings said.

Deputies were given notice, they were warned, and they tried to attack him. The man was justified in protecting himself and his property from armed intruders. Sadly the guy probably wont get a fair trial, there are too many fags here who worship the thin blue cock.

Hutchings is an employee for the City of Eden in their department for Public Works and Services.

I smell bias which makes that witness testimony... I can't think of the term but it's not usable.

ZOGs will use "muh exigent circumstances goy" to say the ZOGbots were there legally, which they weren't. Dogs can't commit crimes. Exigent circumstances has to do with a crime being presently committed on a property from which someone may reasonably be expected to become injured which allows law enforcement to ignore the 4th. That doesn't fit.

Nicholas took out a "semi-automatic pistol and fired, striking and killing both deputies," the affidavit stated. muh semi-automatic

Useless, irrelevant information. See the kike work.

How about the Confederate flag, the copy of Mein Kampf, and the shrine to Timothy McVeigh in Nicholas' home?

When these are discovered <<<delivered>>>, they will be very relevant to bringing federal charges against him.

Actually it is relevant. It explains how he was able to down two rushing attackers.

All pistols are semi automatic except a handful of single shot derringers and some oddball bolt action pistols. Most revolvers are also semi automatic because they are dual action, not the old single action you see in the cowboy movies. People shot with non-semi automatic pistols in the US are pretty much nonexistent if you look at the statistics.

The dude was correct. They are using emotionally triggering language to fuck with your brain and you are falling for it.

A very good point, when is the last time you heard, "the suspect was using a double action revolver". Reporters wouldn't even know what that is.

A fully semi-automatic pistol firearm with whatever-round magazine.

High capacity. Doesn’t matter if it holds only 1, it’s still high capacity for fear-mongering purposes.
