Yeh balls to that theory, they could have rigged the machines without having a pandemic.

There weren't enough votes to change in order for Biden to win without it being completely obvious of voter fraud. They needed to be able to add votes in places where they didn't have Dominion machines. And they needed to be able to add A LOT. The only way was to create an environment where it would be acceptable to mail in votes.

You thought they completely owned every single voting center? nope.
