I love making stew/soup/crockpot stuff. So good and it lasts and lasts.

Just made my own version of sweet+sour grilled chicken, add in some seasoned rice and steamed veggies and it's a quick and tasty meal. And it's probably at least 2/3 of the calories of anywhere else.

Best part is I can freeze the chicken and potatoes or just get breasts and put that and a couple diced potatoes and something hardy like asparagus in the toaster oven, boil some water in the hot pot, and have a hearty stew in less than an hour with absolutely no need to do anything, especially with a covered plate.
