White people are complacent because they believe so much in the mechanisms of civilization, such as elections, a fair judicial system, the police/military, and political processes. The only reason we have civilization in the first place is because white people believed in those things enough to give away personal freedoms in exchange for setting them up. Unfortunately, this creates a blind-spot for white people where it is very hard for them to see and accept that those mechanisms of civilization have been usurped and co-opted to work against them. It's really hard for the average Boomer to accept that they can't "win the election next time" or "have justice for the cops in the courts" because that is how the system is supposed to work. This is also why you see these dopey whites attending these horrible training sessions where they are attacked and gaslighted by racist morons. White people just can't help but "go through the process" and "follow the rules" because doing those things means it will all work out justly and fairly in the end, in their minds.
