No, but there are a lot of coincidences here.
One coincidence, as, he died from being hit by a bus, or fell to his death, or committed suicide, or cancer, or so many other ways to die, no one would say much.
But specifically from a stroke, when everyone who has been blowing the horn on this has said blood clots and stroke are going to be the top side effects, within six months, is going to be a rather unusual circumstance deserving suspicion.

Depends on the narrative being pushed. The same people that blamed every death on the wuhan chinese plague are the same people putting in as much effort to protect the experimental gene therapy from scrutiny every time some sheep dies from it.
