The entire neigj orhood had been reporting him to the police for over a year for vandalism including completely destroying vehicles' property damage, tresspassing, home invasion, burglary, two previous kidnapping attempts including one instance where the child's wheelchair bound mother and grandfather were inside the home and the grandfather was severely beaten and needed to be hospitalized, and nearly all instances were caught on camera because once it began all the neighbors got security cameras, and he not only didn't disguise himself but often posed for the cameras, and multiple people positivelu identified him, including one man who saw him in a mall with his mother who called police and confronted them, to which the mother reponded he a gud boi he dindu nuffin. The police did absolutely nothing. They should be lynching the police. All of them.
