I'm not necessarily against this , depending on whom is targeted. But the downside is: the people doing it, they are no better than the tyranny that we are subject to now. I don't want enemies of America taking out our tyrants. America needs to right this wrong, FBI, CIA.... should pretend to be Americans and virtuous and do the job the swore to do. otherwise , we are subject to Tyrants outside of America.
