X99.9 is a code for homicide with a specific external cause index. There are many ICD codes for all manner of assault leading to homicide that are defined where beheading by guillotine is just one specific external causes index. The code is non-billable and it is used along with other codes to describe the cause of the homicide. The code has been around since 2016 so it's not brand new for ICD-10 2021. Whoever put this tweet out doesn't really understand ICD codes or how they are used. They just want to use this to promote fear and make retards (and Qtards) react/overreact to this dumbed down version of what medical coding is about. It's how you get hysterical fuckwits and leftists in general, but it's also how you get people pushing kooky shit to muddy the waters on legitimate discussion, so then the media or other "authorities" can then use it as ammunition to delegitimise or dismiss things that are legitimate, or the people who are having discussions on such things. A good example of that was when they peddled the whole "Trump says to inject disinfectant" narrative - it was designed to delegitimise proven treatments (but those not "approved" by the fuckwit media) for corona.
I appreciate this comment. I think people are so on edge and rightfully so, but critical thinking is extremely important. The worst decisions are made when people are afraid or confused. Everyone should do their research before panicking. Your post is well put.
