Weimar currency functionally collapsed when it ran out of printers. Imagine the absolute inflation with digital. Time value of new digital currency will lose purchasing power the longer you keep it in digital wallet.

Paper FRNs will become outlawed, but may serve as illegal bartering tender due to people's familiarity.
