Perhaps but somebody paid $5m to get the pipeline back on track and it appears not to be. Seems like a lot of money to get less than perfect function; but then summer is starting and why shouldn't gas prices go up for no other reason but it is summer?
These are most likely things they need to do on their side to harden their systems like restoring/patching servers during working hours and it's probably a 24/7 operation.
Having been in that position, it's not unexpected unless it persists.
