Do you believe people should be forced by threat of violence to wear seatbelts?

Do you believe seat belts kill occupants despite not being in a collision?

Do you believe experimental test subjects should be informed of risk of death prior to consent?

Yes, they already are.

Yes, it has happened.

And yes, consent is required and occurs in both cases.

Are you confirming that people should be assaulted for not wearing a seat belt? Does this include the ultimate violence, murder?

When have seatbelts killed someone who was not in a collision?

No, test subjects are not informed of risk of death.

No, I’m confirming that people are told that if they get into a car accident, they will suffer much greater violence if they are not wearing a seatbelt, such as here in this PSA.

Good point, the analogy isn’t perfect.

It’s a well circulated fact that travelling by road is one of the most dangerous forms of transport out there, so yes, everyone is very well informed of the risks.
