You can't fight for equality if you have no empathy. Empathy means you understand where someone else comes from and you understand their point of view. You can't see who has it better or worse if you have no empathy. and I really doubt this article that says women are high in empathy. In my experience it's been hard for them to see outside themselves, which is the opposite of empathy.
